centos5.2 wine install problem

when I tried yum install wine it gave me

[root@localhost ~]# yum install wine

No package wine available.
Nothing to do

suffered web for long and found this link.
the only thing i needed to do was
rpm -Uvh http://download.fedora.redhat.com/pub/epel/5/i386/epel-release-5-2.noarch.rpm
yum install foo
then i was able to find the wine with yum
have a look and enjoy..
